About Lake Placid Garage Door Installation

MF Garage Doors LLC is veteran-owned. Pavel Acosta served in the U.S. Army from 2008 to 2020 and started the company in Sebring on one rule: no cheap parts. He runs the business side — the quote, the schedule, the calls and any question you have before or after the job.

Every installation and repair is done by our two installers, who have been fitting garage doors since 2019. They speak Spanish, so se habla español on site, and Pavel handles everything in English. Either language works for Lake Placid homeowners, from the first call to the final test of the door.

We install CHI garage doors and LiftMaster openers. CHI's eight prefinished colours are included at no extra cost, and a new door carries CHI's one-year manufacturer warranty. You get a free written quote before any work starts, and the price on the quote is the price you pay.

A job runs the same way every time. We measure the finished opening and the headroom, write the quote, and book the install. On the day, the installers fit the tracks, hang the sections, set the spring tension so the door balances by hand, and set the opener's travel and force limits. Before they leave, they run the door with you and show you the safety reverse.
